It is clear what the Vikings need

Watching the Vikings on Monday it was clear to me what they need to do.  First of all stop kicking to great punt returners.  In a league where they have to face one of the best, if not the best, punt returner of all time in Devin Hester, the vikings need to learn how to kick it away from great punt returners so that momentum and games are not lost from just a little mistake.  Second, they need to find a way to get the offense going.  It wasn't all Tarvaris Jackson's fault for losing the first two games.  Gus Frerotte may have more yards then TJ put up, but still is not getting into the endzone.  The vikings should adopt plays from Miami "wildcat".  It's not that hard to know that the Vikings are going to run the ball.  Why not put Chester Taylor as the Qb and AP line us as the running back still then you have a double threat.  Why not even run a college style offense with TJ at Qb and run the ption with both Taylor and Ap in.  There is three guys right there that can run the ball. Until the receivers start showing that they can catch on a regular basis keep running the ball at them.  Who knows this can save Brad Childress' job.

Keywords: Minnesota Vikings.
